Meet Taeshin Kyle Kim | New York Personal Injury Lawyer

Video Transcript:

My name is Taeshin Kyle Kim, and I am an associate attorney at Chopra and Nocerino LLP. I was born in South Korea and also raised in both South Korea and Sweden, and now I am settled here in the United States. I initially came over for educational purposes, and eventually, my career path led me to stay here.

Before law school, I worked as a paralegal for approximately four and a half years, which gave me hands-on experience in the legal field. Though I didn’t initially envision myself in personal injury law, I discovered my passion for it, especially on the plaintiff’s side. That’s how I ended up joining Chopra & Nocerino.

As a paralegal, I was involved in legal procedures and worked with clients facing language barriers, communicating with adjusters, attorneys, and clients. Korean is my first language, and English is my second. These personal experiences helped shape my decision to pursue a legal career.

To me, being a great attorney is about taking on clients you genuinely believe in. This approach makes it more likely that the jury will believe their testimony. Chopra & Nocerino also believes that talent attracts talent, and we’re not just about settlements or jury verdicts. We take a unique approach, ensuring success not only through results but by fostering genuine relationships with clients.

Chopra & Nocerino is the best choice for those seeking dedicated and authentic legal representation. We’re committed to doing what’s right for our clients, every step of the way.
