- $4.75 million (settlement) – Obtained right before engaging in trial. A scaffolding collapsed on a construction worker, causing him to fall and sustain catastrophic injuries. He required spine surgery for the neck and back injuries.
- $4 million (settlement) – Our client, a middle-aged woman, was stopped at a red light in Suffolk County when she was rear-ended and severely injured. She received one level fusion to the neck and one level fusion to her spine. We obtained the settlement while at trial with the negligent party.
