ALEX NOCERINO
Alex Nocerino began his law career in 2005 and co-founded the law firm, Chopra & Nocerino in 2010. Alex focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, including; catastrophic injuries, construction accidents, and motor vehicle accidents. He is a fierce advocate for the people of New York who have been injured due to other’s negligence.

Todd Arbesfeld is an associate at Chopra & Nocerino specializing in plaintiff personal injury litigation. A graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Todd brings decades of experience to the firm. He managed his own law firm for 15 years before realizing that Chopra & Nocerino was an ideal match for his skills and experience. He also worked for several personal injury law firms in New York City before joining Chopra & Nocerino. Todd is licensed to practice law in New York and the U.S. Federal Court, Eastern District of New York.

Pavlo Pavlatos is an associate at Chopra & Nocerino. His practice focuses primarily on plaintiff personal injury litigation. A Touro College – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center graduate, Pavlo has spent most of his career defending insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury litigation.

Hassan Ahmed is an associate at Chopra & Nocerino. Mr. Ahmed is currently working on cases that deal with general negligence. Mr. Ahmed appears in court weekly, handles motions, is in charge of a large caseload, and conducts depositions for the firm.

Taeshin is a graduate of Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. He initially handled landlord-tenant and insurance defense matters until he discovered his passion for plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. He is an associate at Chopra & Nocerino. His practice focuses primarily on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation involving auto accidents, premises liability, and general negligence.
MICHAEL HEFFERNAN

A graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Mr. Heffernan primarily focuses his practice on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle, premises liability, and New York Labor Law cases. Prior to joining Chopra & Nocerino, Mr. Heffernan spent many years sharpening his skills at insurance defense firms representing numerous insurance carriers, construction companies, retailers, and municipalities in personal injury litigation.
