A personal injury lawsuit can take different periods of time for each individual case. There is absolutely no way for us to tell you what that may be, and part of that is because certain firms will litigate a case more ferociously and make sure they cross every t and dot every i before they step into that courtroom for a trial if it ever even gets to the trial. Because typically speaking, if you’re doing that, the other side does not want that case tried, because they know you have everything that they don’t want you to have. Now, that can take time because it creates motion practice and a voluminous amount of court appearances and struggle and fights and grind, but that’s what we do here. Now, there’s other times where it’s a smaller policy or even a bigger policy, and the injuries are so grave or so openly obvious that warrants the policy limits right away because the negligence is also so openly obvious. Okay? That could take much less time, and it’s quickly done. So you have to have faith in us. You have to believe in the process and who’s fighting for your case. I encourage you to honestly consider that whenever retaining an attorney.
